Beautiful cafe right in the middle of the sea. Here, you can enjoy a nice view of ships/ boats passing by and at the same time soak in the sea breeze. A perfect spot for a romantic date. I ordered the waffle and a hot chocolate, and the waffle is surprisingly good. The service staff are also very friendly, and would check if you have any needs.

Great location! Kiel was missing something unique ... Sitting in a deck chair, feet in the sand with a view of the Kiel Fjord and a cool drink ... what more could you want? Highly recommended ... ??

The sand harbor is absolutely cult in Kiel and worth a must for all holidaymakers from young to old. The always friendly and good-humored staff round off this unique place perfectly. We thank you for the fantastic cooperation and look forward to many more joint events.

A very cool location right on the keel line and, so to speak, directly on the water. Friendly team and delicious drinks. The ambience is rather simple but appropriate.

What a nice place. 3 years in Kiel and been there for the first time. Great service and a nice atmosphere. They even made an extra drink for me and the food was great too.

The "Sandhafen" is an atmospheric outdoor location. No expense has been spared to create a beautiful ambience with a rustic paintwork and even real sand. The guests could see that they feel very comfortable and relax there. No loud rumbling of music like often elsewhere. First and foremost, it's about drinks. But there is also something for the small hunger.

Great service, delicious drinks, the harbor breads are particularly recommended. Also very possible vegetarian. The view is fantastic. Absolute recommendation!

An oasis in the Corona time. Ambience and friendliness 5 stars, but only 4 stars overall, even after the 2nd drink every 10 minutes. asked what else we want to order. were 1.5 hours. there.

The beach in the middle of the harbor. A great idea for the concept. They even thought of the sand. Drinks are not cheap but good.

Lovely place to hang out on a sunny day, but sadly no designated smoking areas which means that the entire place smells like an ashtray including yourself.
